How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you first install TimeFloat, you automatically get 14 days of full Pro access. No credit card required. After the trial, you can continue using the free tier or subscribe to Pro.
How do I sync my data across devices?
TimeFloat uses iCloud to sync your data. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices and that iCloud is enabled in the app settings. Sync happens automatically.
Can I use TimeFloat offline?
Yes! TimeFloat works fully offline. All your data is stored locally on your device. When you're back online, any changes will sync to iCloud if enabled.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad, or System Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > Subscriptions on Mac.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays on your device. If you cancel Pro, you'll keep access to your existing projects but won't be able to create new ones beyond the free tier limit.
How do I export my time entries?
Go to any project or the Statistics view and tap the export button. Free users can export to CSV. Pro users can also generate PDF reports and sync to Google Sheets.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We don't have access to your data. You can also enable app lock with PIN or Face ID/Touch ID.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com within the timeframe allowed by Apple's refund policy.
